Private Lessons — Gymnastics Tumbling

Our private gymnastics tumbling lessons are designed to help athletes build strong foundations, refine technique, and safely progress toward new skills. Each session is tailored to the athlete’s current ability, focusing on proper body control, form, and confidence through repetition and precision.

Whether you’re perfecting a back handspring, learning new tumbling passes, or returning from time off, these private sessions provide focused guidance and personal feedback to help you grow with confidence and control.


During the 30-minute session, athletes will work on both mastering existing skills and learning new progressions through drills and conditioning. Coaches emphasize safety and correct mechanics at every level — athletes must demonstrate consistency in their current level before moving up to more advanced skills.

Important Reminder:
All athletes should arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled lesson to complete our structured dynamic warm-up and stretching routine, ensuring their body is fully prepared for training.
