Lesson Types

• Tumble Lessons

Every tumbling session begins with our structured warm-up protocol to ensure athletes are properly prepared for training. We ask that all athletes arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled lesson to complete a guided dynamic warm-up and stretching.

During each 30-minute session, athletes will refine technique on existing skills and work through proper progressions for new ones. All 4thlete coaches follow a strict skill progression system.

• Stunt Lessons

Our private stunt lessons are designed for stunt groups of four athletes who want to develop or perfect their group technique.

Ideal for teams preparing for tryouts or refining their competition routines, each 30-minute lesson focuses on proper grips, timing, and transitions. Fliers will work on balance, stability, and air awareness, while bases and spotters strengthen synchronization and control. Athletes should arrive 10 minutes early to complete our structured dynamic warm-up and stretching.

• Strength, Flier Flexibility, and Jump Training Lessons

These targeted sessions focus on developing the key physical components of cheer performance — strength, flexibility, technique, and explosive power. Lessons can be customized to emphasize a specific area such as flier flexibility, jump technique, or overall conditioning, based on the athlete’s goals and coach’s recommendations.

Athletes should arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled session for warm-up and stretching. Each lesson is 30 minutes long and designed to complement regular team training with focused, individualized progress.
